Danny Ramey is the proud owner of Ramey Insurance, located in West Frankfort, Illinois, where he has been a lifelong resident. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1986, embarking on a journey that would lead him to a successful career in insurance. In 1987, he took his first steps into the insurance industry, quickly developing a deep understanding of the field and honing his skills over the years. 

In 2002, he realized his dream of entrepreneurship by establishing Ramey Insurance Agency. With more than 38 years of comprehensive experience in the insurance sector, Danny has cultivated a wealth of knowledge that allows him to specialize in a wide array of business insurance products. His commitment to providing tailored solutions for his clients showcases his dedication to excellence and integrity in the insurance business. Through Ramey Insurance, Danny continues to serve the community, helping businesses protect their assets and secure their futures.

Cathy, our dedicated office manager with an extensive background in the insurance industry, first embarked on her career in 1997. She became part of Ramey Insurance in 2013, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. A proud native of West Frankfort, Cathy has deep roots in the community, which enhances her ability to connect with clients.

In her role as a personal and commercial lines agent, Cathy expertly navigates the complexities of insurance, offering tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of her clients. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to her two children, Makayla and Drake, with whom she cherishes quality time. Whether it's family outings, cozy evenings at home, or fun adventures with their playful dog, Asher, Cathy prioritizes spending meaningful moments with her loved ones. Her passion for family and community shines through in both her professional and personal life.

Karissa embarked on her journey in the insurance world in January 2013 with Ramey Insurance. As a dedicated personal lines agent and customer service representative, she thrives on helping clients navigate their insurance needs. She currently holds the position of personal line renewals. Outside work, she cherishes her time with her husband, Justin, and their two wonderful children. Family outings are a highlight of her life, especially when they include their playful Goldendoodle, Sadie, who never fails to bring a smile to their faces!

Angela joined the Ramey Insurance family in April 2019, stepping into the role of a personal lines agent and customer service representative. With a genuine passion for helping others, she thrives in providing top-notch service to her clients. Outside of work, Angela loves to create cherished memories with her husband Jason and their two energetic daughters, Olivia and Audrina. Their home is also lively, thanks to the playful antics of their furry friends, Hazel and Charlie. Whether they're exploring the outdoors or enjoying cozy family nights in, this vibrant crew knows how to make the most of every moment!

Drake embarked on his insurance career in May 2023, inspired by his mother, who has a long-standing presence in the industry. As a fully licensed insurance agent, he possesses the expertise to manage a wide range of insurance needs, including personal lines such as auto and homeowners insurance and commercial lines that cater to businesses of various sizes. 

Drake cherishes spending quality time with his family and friends outside of his professional life, often organizing gatherings or outdoor activities that strengthen their bonds. He is also an avid dog lover, enjoying playful moments with his beloved pet, Asher, a playful companion who always brings joy to his days. Through his work and personal pursuits, Drake values connection and balances his career with meaningful relationships and experiences.

Kevin embarked on his insurance career in September 2024, bringing his enthusiasm and expertise to the industry. A proud native of West Frankfort, he enjoys life in town with his wife, Stacy. In his role, Kevin shines in outside sales, connecting with clients and building lasting relationships to ensure they find the coverage that best fits their needs.
