Subject: Important Guidelines Regarding Ramey Insurance Agency Properties

Dear Valued Stakeholders,

We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that all properties owned by Ramey Insurance Agency, Inc. are considered private property. We kindly request that all individuals, regardless of whether they are customers, adhere to the no-trespassing ordinances mandated by local and state laws during hours when our offices are not operational.

Please be advised that all our locations have 24-hour alarm systems and CCTV surveillance. Photography or videography within our premises is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, we would like to address the use of our dumpster, which is situated on the north side of the property facing Poplar Street. This dumpster is exclusively for Ramey Insurance Agency, Inc. and staff use and is securely locked with a bar and padlock. Any attempts to tamper with or damage this locking mechanism to gain access will be considered unlawful and subject to enforcement according to local and state laws and Republic Services Guidelines.
